Jordan’s sermonizing won’t speak to everyone. It will turn some off completely. He presents his arguments from data with passion. It’d be easy to get sucked in.

At best I think he’s trying to be helpful. And trying to provide a consistent framework from which to draw inspiration. In the malaise of Nihilism, it seems better than nothing. But these 12 ideas are not the foundation I’d build my house upon.
